Arbutus works exclusively with registered SLPs. No assistants, no supervision overhead. Every session is yours to own, the way you were trained to deliver it.
Varied, meaningful, and community-based
Our SLPs work with children, youth, and adults across a wide range of communication needs. New and experienced clinicians are encouraged to shape their caseload around their interests.
Find the arrangement that works for you
We offer flexible engagement models so you can build a role that fits your life. All positions require a minimum caseload commitment, discussed during the interview process.
Build a private practice role alongside your existing work, or transition gradually from public health. A strong entry point for SLPs at any career stage.
Make Arbutus your home practice. Build a full, varied caseload across the Lower Mainland with our complete administrative and clinical support behind you.
