Why Work at Arbutus Speech Therapy

At Arbutus Speech Therapy, we built the kind of practice we would want to work in ourselves. Here is what that means in practice:

🌍 Community-based model: We work in homes, schools, and communities across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. No clinic walls.
All SLPs, no assistants: Every session is delivered by a fully registered Speech-Language Pathologist. You are the clinician.
🤝 Responsive, supportive leadership: Reach out with a question and hear back the same day. We have your back.
📈 Room to grow: Whether you want to deepen expertise in early intervention, autism, or professional communication, we support your professional development.
📚 Assessment resources provided: Access to assessment kits so you can focus on clinical work.
